By starting with the hard pad and working your way up to the soft sanding pad with the correct grit of sandpaper, you can remove all imperfections and burrs from the resin. Flexpads are designed for years of use. Exceeding the maximum recommended speed may cause the pad to fail and void the warranty.

South Shore Manufacturing has been ingrained in the surfing industry since 1968. Jerry Mowe developed Flexpads for use in his own surfboard glassing business in 1976. Specializing in surfboard glassing, private label surfboard manufacturing, and surfboard blank production. Flexpad Professional Sanding Products came along originally for use in their own factory. The development of the products over the years has been profound.
