Unser Eigenmarkenreiniger ist das Ergebnis umfangreicher Tests verschiedener umweltfreundlicher Reiniger und wir sind überzeugt, dass dies die beste Wahl für dicht ist. Dieser Reiniger dient als umweltfreundlichere, hautfreundlichere und materialschonendere Alternative zu Aceton und ist perfekt zum Entfernen von Epoxidharz oder PU-Kleber geeignet. Unsere Erfahrung zeigt, dass er sogar stärker ist als herkömmliches Aceton, aber frei von Gefahrensymbolen und deutlich weniger schädlich für Haut und Lunge. Mit nur 60 % VOC-Gehalt verdunstet es im Vergleich zu Aceton viel langsamer, was seine Lebensdauer um das 3-4fache verlängert. Ein wichtiger Aspekt ist sein umweltfreundlicher chemischer Prozess, der zwischen 1 und 15 Minuten braucht, um sich aufzubauen, was es schonender für Haut und Materialien macht. Über die gesamte Einwirkzeit ist er sogar wirksamer als herkömmliches Aceton. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist, dass dieser Reiniger nicht brennbar ist und daher mit gutem Gewissen offen gelassen werden kann. Unsere praktischen 750-ml-Sprühflaschen sind ideal für die Reinigung von z. B. Laminierkarten und äußerst sparsam in der Anwendung. Für gewerbliche Zwecke sind auch größere Gebinde erhältlich. Funktioniert auch als Verdünner auf Harz wie Aceton.

Allzweck-Epoxidharzsystem auf Biobasis. Sei Whale ist ein klares, universell einsetzbares Epoxidharzsystem mit hoher UV-Beständigkeit und einer Auswahl an Härtergeschwindigkeiten, die sich an deine Arbeitszeiten anpassen. Es eignet sich u.a. für das Handlaminieren, Beschichten und Füllen. Es handelt sich um ein biobasiertes Epoxidharzsystem, das dazu beiträgt, die Umweltbelastung durch die Endprodukte unserer Kunden zu verringern und gleichzeitig die Produktleistung zu erhalten oder zu verbessern. Die R*Concept-Epoxidsysteme wurden entwickelt, um die Treibhausgasemissionen zu reduzieren, indem einige der erdölbasierten Komponenten durch biobasierte, erneuerbare Materialien ersetzt werden. Als ein Konzept, das dem Umweltschutz gewidmet ist, ist jedes Epoxidharzsystem der Reihe nach einer vom Aussterben bedrohten Tierart benannt. A generous nose and tail area give you extra paddle power and help you maintain speed through the flatter sections of the wave. With a medium rocker and a moderate kick tail, it has a single to double concave that flows through the fin area, making this board highly maneuverable and versatile. Perfect for intermediate waves, it handles both weak days and more powerful ones—you set the limits!

How can I rent your shaping rooms?

For just €50 per half day (6 hours) we offer you our fully equipped shaping bay in Munich. It includes a shaping room, a sanding room and a laminating room, all equipped with the necessary machines. Consumables are charged separately, but we have all the important shaping materials in stock to save you unnecessary delivery times and to provide you with high quality and sustainable materials.

Send us your request to info@ecosurfsupply.com or by using or contact form and discuss the details with our head shaper Adi. For beginners we also offer Shaping Workshops. These are run by our experienced shapers and will give you the knowledge you need to shape your own board. Check out our workshops page for more information.

Where are you located?

Our headquarter is in Munich, Germany. But we sell online all over Europe. To avoid long shipping distances and to offer you the best possible delivery conditions, we have blanks in stock for you in France, Spain, Portugal and the UK.

In addition, we are regularly on delivery tours to get in touch with you and explain to you personally how you can work with our products. We are also present at various exhibitions and festivals.
