Die Halbmaske SR 100 ist eine luftreinigende Atemschutzmaske (APR) aus Silikon, die in drei Größen erhältlich ist: S/M, M/L und L/XL. Die Maske ist mit zwei Ausatemventilen, die für einen sehr geringen Ausatemwiderstand sorgen, und einem Einatemventil ausgestattet. Uns persönlich gefällt die Tatsache, dass die Feuchtigkeit gut herausgefiltert wird und sich nicht so sehr im Inneren der Maske ansammelt. Die Ventilabdeckungen mit Trennwänden schützen die Ausatemmembran effektiv vor Staub und Farbnebel. Das Material und die Pigmente des Maskenkörpers sind von der FDA und der BGA für Lebensmittel zugelassen, wodurch das Risiko von Kontaktallergien minimiert wird. Das leicht verstellbare, elastische Kopfband der Maske hat eine V-förmige Schlaufe und ein großes, gebogenes Kopfband für einen bequemen und sicheren Sitz.

Die Maske wird entweder als APR in Kombination mit Filtern und/oder Kartuschen aus dem Sundström-Sortiment oder in Kombination mit dem Druckluftaufsatz SR 307 verwendet; diese Kombination wird als Atemschutzgerät mit kontinuierlichem Luftstrom (SAR) vom Typ C bezeichnet. Zur Überprüfung der Passform wird ein Vorfilterhalter mitgeliefert. Er wird am besten in der SR 230 Box oder dem SR 339 Aufbewahrungskoffer aufbewahrt. Da Sündström seine Produkte in Europa herstellt, sind die günstigen Papierfilter immer schnell verfügbar.

How can I rent your shaping rooms?

For just €50 per half day (6 hours) we offer you our fully equipped shaping bay in Munich. It includes a shaping room, a sanding room and a laminating room, all equipped with the necessary machines. Consumables are charged separately, but we have all the important shaping materials in stock to save you unnecessary delivery times and to provide you with high quality and sustainable materials.
