AEROSIL 200 ist eine hydrophile pyrogene Kieselsäure mit einer spezifischen Oberfläche von 200 m²/g.

Zusammengesetzte Materialien: Kieselsäure kann als Füllstoff oder Verstärkungsmaterial in Verbundwerkstoffen für die Herstellung von Surfbrettern verwendet werden. In Kombination mit Harzen wie Epoxid- oder Polyesterharzen kann Kieselsäure dazu beitragen, die Festigkeit und Haltbarkeit des Surfbretts zu verbessern, indem sie dem Material zusätzliche Steifigkeit verleiht. Anwendungen für Surfbretter: Fin Plugs, Versiegelung und Reparaturen.

Versiegeln: Das Konzeptharz mit Kieselsäure ist eine universell einsetzbare Materialmischung, die für EPS-Rohlinge und auch für unsere Agave-Rohlinge zum Abdichten von Luftkammern oder Körnern verwendet wird. Weitere Informationen zum Verfahren gibt es im Video.

Leichtbau: Silica kann auch dazu beitragen, das Gewicht von Surfbrettern zu reduzieren, insbesondere wenn es als Füllstoff in leichteren Schaumstoffkernen oder Agave-Rohlingen verwendet wird. Leichtere Surfbretter haben bessere Biegeeigenschaften und bieten eine bessere Manövrierfähigkeit. Daher ist es ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Versiegelungsprozesses.

Reparaturen: Materialien auf Kieselsäurebasis wie Epoxidharz werden häufig für die Reparatur von Surfbrettern verwendet. Diese Materialien können mit Kieselsäurepulver gemischt werden, um eine zähflüssige Paste zu bilden, mit der Risse und Schäden am Surfbrett wirksam repariert werden können. Kieselsäure, auch thixotropes Pulver genannt, wirkt aufgrund seiner kantigen Struktur als Verdickungsmittel, das bei hohen Konsistenzen die Harze in eine Art Füllstoff verwandelt und so das Weglaufen der Masse verhindert.

Optik: Kieselsäure (Quarzsand) ist in sich selbst transulent und kann in großen Mengen Trübungen verursachen.

SR 100 - Halbmaske

Die Halbmaske SR 100 ist eine luftreinigende Atemschutzmaske (APR) aus Silikon, die in drei Größen erhältlich ist: S/M, M/L und L/XL. Die Maske ist mit zwei Ausatemventilen, die für einen sehr geringen Ausatemwiderstand sorgen, und einem Einatemventil ausgestattet. Uns persönlich gefällt die Tatsache, dass die Feuchtigkeit gut herausgefiltert wird und sich nicht so sehr im Inneren der Maske ansammelt. Die Ventilabdeckungen mit Trennwänden schützen die Ausatemmembran effektiv vor Staub und Farbnebel. Das Material und die Pigmente des Maskenkörpers sind von der FDA und der BGA für Lebensmittel zugelassen, wodurch das Risiko von Kontaktallergien minimiert wird. Das leicht verstellbare, elastische Kopfband der Maske hat eine V-förmige Schlaufe und ein großes, gebogenes Kopfband für einen bequemen und sicheren Sitz.Die Maske wird entweder als APR in Kombination mit Filtern und/oder Kartuschen aus dem Sundström-Sortiment oder in Kombination mit dem Druckluftaufsatz SR 307 verwendet; diese Kombination wird als Atemschutzgerät mit kontinuierlichem Luftstrom (SAR) vom Typ C bezeichnet. How can I rent your shaping rooms?

For just €50 per half day (6 hours) we offer you our fully equipped shaping bay in Munich. It includes a shaping room, a sanding room and a laminating room, all equipped with the necessary machines. Consumables are charged separately, but we have all the important shaping materials in stock to save you unnecessary delivery times and to provide you with high quality and sustainable materials.

Where are you located?

Our headquarter is in Munich, Germany. But we sell online all over Europe. To avoid long shipping distances and to offer you the best possible delivery conditions, we have blanks in stock for you in France, Spain, Portugal and the UK.

In addition, we are regularly on delivery tours to get in touch with you and explain to you personally how you can work with our products. We are also present at various exhibitions and festivals.
