Our agave blanks can now be precisely pre-shaped using a CNC machine — making your shaping process faster, cleaner, and more efficient.
The upgraded CNC system ensures perfectly symmetrical cuts on both sides and accurately shapes rail thickness in both directions of rotation, ideal for strong natural materials like agave.
Extended cutting times deliver an ultra-fine finish with precise apex cuts, resulting in a near-finished blank that requires minimal manual shaping — saving you both time and material.

For just €50 per half day (6 hours) we offer you our fully equipped shaping bay in Munich. It includes a shaping room, a sanding room and a laminating room, all equipped with the necessary machines. Consumables are charged separately, but we have all the important shaping materials in stock to save you unnecessary delivery times and to provide you with high quality and sustainable materials.
Send us your request to info@ecosurfsupply.com or by using or contact form and discuss the details with our head shaper Adi. For beginners we also offer Shaping Workshops. These are run by our experienced shapers and will give you the knowledge you need to shape your own board. Check out our workshops page for more information.
Our headquarter is in Munich, Germany. But we sell online all over Europe. To avoid long shipping distances and to offer you the best possible delivery conditions, we have blanks in stock for you in France, Spain, Portugal and the UK.
In addition, we are regularly on delivery tours to get in touch with you and explain to you personally how you can work with our products. We are also present at various exhibitions and festivals.
