Specializing in surfboard glassing, private label surfboard manufacturing, and surfboard blank production. Flexpad Professional Sanding Products came along originally for use in their own factory. Mirka Abranet Ø 150 mm Grip 50 pieces

Abranet sets new standards in sanding technology and offers unique, almost dust-free sanding. The Mirka product is the most advanced abrasive available. Mirka was the first to introduce this type of net sandpaper to the market. It is even cheaper than the alternativ products that we have experienced. The product is particularly recommended for many types of wood, paint and varnish. Because the cool air is sucked through the net, there is much less epoxy burning (the dust does not get hot and therefore does not stick). The many holes and net structure provide optimum dust extraction and an extremely long service life. (up to 10 times longer than standard products). The dust can and should be blown out and removed from the net. If you clean it well, you can use it even longer. Mirka's special manufacturing process means that you have more effective abrasive grains at your disposition. Due to its structure it has a cutting effect and is perfect for wood and anything with fibres (agave) and is highly efficient. It is suitable for all sanders - regardless of hole configuration. How can I rent your shaping rooms?

For just €50 per half day (6 hours) we offer you our fully equipped shaping bay in Munich. It includes a shaping room, a sanding room and a laminating room, all equipped with the necessary machines. Consumables are charged separately, but we have all the important shaping materials in stock to save you unnecessary delivery times and to provide you with high quality and sustainable materials.
