Adrian, translated as "the man of the sea," may have grown up on land, but he's got saltwater in his veins. He's been stoked about water sports since he was knee-high, starting as a boogieboarder back in the day. Nowadays no matter the sport – be it windsurfing, kiting, winging, surfing, or skating – Adi is a master of them all. This passion drove him to establish the surf and skate brand Koabär seven years ago. At Koabär, Adi passionately shapes, mills, presses, and most importantly, tests eco boards for various sports. His deep connection with nature and his desire to expand the still-small world of sustainable board crafting led him to found the Eco Surf Supply Shop. His experience of deficits from working for many years in board sports production motivates him to invest all his energy in making it and its surroundings more sustainable and environmentally-friendly in the long term. Adi is characterised by his ambition, determination, and his knack for thinking big and broad.He's the man behind it all, ready to ride the waves of the future with his team.

Estelle

Meet Essi, who has been calling the surf capital of Germany, Munic, her home for the last 27 years. Thanks to her French mum, she's fluent in the language of love, making her our go-to girl for all matters concerning French communication. Essi's been riding the wave with the surf and skate brand Koabär and Eco Surf Supply GmbH since day one. She's not only the coolest and most stylish surfskater but also the most understanding surf skate instructor you'll ever meet. Kids adore her during skate holidays, and we fondly call her "The Styling Skate Queen." For seven solid years, Essi has been a die-hard Eco Board lover. She is also the social media guru, and when the ship is rocking, she is there to lend a hand in any and all areas. She consistently brings structure and organisation to the team. With her empathetic nature, she turns colleagues into not just co-workers, but friends. She plays the role of challenging our wild ideas with a realistic perspective, and with her knack for structure and organisation, she helps turn them into reality.

Michelle

Always on the move, Michelle is determined, passionate and focused in her pursuit of the life she wants. As our Head of Socials, she's not only killing it in the digital world, she's also bringing a truckload of sales and marketing expertise to the table. She is the cool kid on the crew, and is full of enthusiasm for our project. She firmly believes that together we can shake up the surf industry and make a significant change towards a more sustainable board sports industry. When she's not killing it in the professional world, you'll find her living her best life through skateboarding, surfskating, surfing and snowboarding - talk about a board sports aficionado! If you need a helping hand, Michelle's got your back! No matter what the topic, she's always there to offer valuable tips and share her expertise.

Maileen

Originally from a small village near Stuttgart, Maileen is always on the move and can be found anywhere in the world. She also studied something related to marketing. As the Head of the website, she's responsible for everything related to the webshop and its products. She started surfing eight years ago and fell in love with Prone Foiling in 2023. Whether it's skateboarding, surfskating, surfing or other board sports, Maileen is up for it all. She's got energy to burn, and with her, you can expect openness and a touch of quirk. Catch her if you can!

Fabian

Meet Fabi, our skating sensation who kicked his way into the skating world at the tender age of six. He's not just a skateboard lord, he's won countless skating contests and even moonlights as a judge for others. His love for carving big concrete walls has seamlessly transitioned into a passion for riding clean wave faces. For the past six years he's been a dedicated longboarder and has even tried his hand at shaping his own boards. Fabi is a jack-of-all-trades with hands-on skills honed from his days as a car mechanic. He demonstrates his craftsmanship on a daily basis through his CNC milling and his work as an instructor in our shaping workshops. He's also our trusty shipping assistant. When it comes to problem solving, Fabi is your man. He's unflappable and keeps his cool in the workshop, whatever the temperature.

Cornelius

Meet Corni, who practically grew up with one foot in Lake Ammersee. Only 10 years old, he developed a fascination for windsurfing. For the past four years, he has been pursuing his new passion - kiting. When the wind takes a breather, you'll spot Corni conquering river waves in Munich or shredding snowy slopes on his skis or snowboard. As a certified wood wizard (also known as a carpenter), Corni helps out Adi and Fabi with anything related to shaping and milling. Together with Fabi, he is one of our shipping maestros, ensuring your products arrive in tip-top shape. Obsessed with perfection, Corni is not just a chatterbox; he's as reliable as it gets.

Daniel

Meet Dani, the creative force behind ecosurfsupply as our Graphic, Product, and Packaging Designer. Beyond the pixels and designs, Dani is a passionate sport all-rounder, conquering everything from surfing and snowboarding to ski touring, climbing, hand balancing, volleyball, tennis, and even cliff diving. You name it, and Dani's got it covered! In addition to his design skills, Dani has a love for building and repairing things, showcasing a hands-on approach to creativity. Adventurous and open-minded, Dani thrives on embracing new challenges and experiences. When he is not behind the computer, Dani can often be found playing his guitar in front of a campfire.

Sam

Meet Sam, the marketing maverick turned self-taught visual pro. He originally studied marketing management but now he rocks as a videographer and photographer thanks to his inquisitive nature. His creative soul and fearlessness make him a pro at his job. He's up for anything, no holds barred. Whether he's shredding on a skateboard, riding waves, cooking up a storm, or road-tripping in his van, Sam's living life to the max.
