The Mirka® DEROS sander is developed for effective and dust-free sanding of all kind of surfaces. The smallest and most ergonomic sander on the market is equipped with a brushless motor, which maintains constant speed even under heavy load. With the lowest vibration values in its class and the unique symmetrical design guarantees that the tool can be used for long periods without fatigue. Mirka® DEROS 650CV direct electric random orbital sander is equipped with a 150 mm (6”) pad and has a 5 mm oscillation, and features an integrated vibration sensor and Bluetooth low energy technology.

Mirka Abranet Ø 150 mm Grip 50 pieces

Abranet sets new standards in sanding technology and offers unique, almost dust-free sanding. The Mirka product is the most advanced abrasive available. Mirka was the first to introduce this type of net sandpaper to the market. It is even cheaper than the alternativ products that we have experienced. The product is particularly recommended for many types of wood, paint and varnish. Because the cool air is sucked through the net, there is much less epoxy burning (the dust does not get hot and therefore does not stick). The many holes and net structure provide optimum dust extraction and an extremely long service life. (up to 10 times longer than standard products). The dust can and should be blown out and removed from the net. If you clean it well, you can use it even longer. Mirka's special manufacturing process means that you have more effective abrasive grains at your disposition. Due to its structure it has a cutting effect and is perfect for wood and anything with fibres (agave) and is highly efficient. It is suitable for all sanders - regardless of hole configuration.

Mirka Galaxy Ø 150 mm Multifit Grip 50 pieces

The ceramic grains of the Galaxy are designed not to dull, because if the edge of the abrasive grain breaks off, it simply forms new edges so that the Galaxy can continue cutting - from edge to edge. The self-sharpening ceramic grains enable a successful combination of long service life, fast cutting and easy polishing. Thanks to the optimised multifit hole configuration, the abrasive is always correctly positioned on every machine without having to be specially aligned. At its core, the Mirka Galaxy is a multi-purpose product that is suitable for sanding both soft and hard materials as well as various substrates. Outstanding edge wear resistance, excellent clogging resistance, dust-repellent coating and optimum dust extraction. It has a very thin paper backing which makes it very light and, in our experience, cheaper than alternatives from other manufacturers. We recommend using the Galaxy Ø 150 mm Multifit Grip with the Pad Saver to protect the disc.

Pad saver for 150mm backing pads. The Mirka pad saver is designed to protect the backing pad from wear during aggressive and continuous sanding with mesh products. The backing pad saver protects the backing pad from getting too hot during your sanding process. This means that the layer of Velcro on your backing pad will last longer. These economical pad savers, which are placed between the backing pad and the sanding disc, should be changed regularly.
